I went out for getting supper and then back again to the hospital. Please told them try to be nice to all the customers whoever they are!Ģnd.
But there were some nurses who giving a really nice response. I had some bad experiences just in a day here!ġst.some nurses were not really friendly and humble in answering our questions it's really make us feel uncomfortable.
I have insurances but anyway I have to pay from my pocket first. So I go on the 3rd floor, told me to wait, took a number, wait, gave them my informations, wait, so f**king loud in that waiting room, beeps and sounds to call people who doesn't look at the f**king screen for their number, done basic tests directly in the waiting room (weird), wait, see the doctor, go back on the 1st floor, wait, get X-Ray, wait 1 hour, go back on the 3rd floor, wait in front of the doctor door, wondering if he will remember that I'm still there, saw the doctor (phew), got the prescription, go back on the 1st floor, take a number at the pharma, wait, give me the bill, go to cashier counter, take a number, wait, pay, wait, kids playing too f**king loud on the grand piano in the lobby, finally got my pills and stuff. If you have a headache, good luck, really.Īrrived there with an "appointment" from the other Siloam Clinic (their X-Ray were down). This place is worst than the Immigration Office. Good doctor (of course, imagine if the doctors weren't good). Dpt obat 1 doank paracetamol.kena cash 300rb karena masuk igd.dan anak ga ada pemeriksaan sakit kenapa. GA BENER banget deh susternya bisa ga jelas ky gitu.sy sudah sabar nunggu tp seperti dipermainkan sy lgs bw k igd lg.sy mrh minta tlg priksa.akhirny diperiksa dan dokter nya ga bisa apa2 bilang suruh k tht doank.saya disaranin mertua saya pindah hospital.bayar aja lama sekali padahal ga penuh telah byr totalan 500rb.
Bad service.anak saya kesakitan di bagian telinga sy bw k igd.di igd anak saya bukan diperiksa malah disuruh bawa ke dr anak.ok saya turutin padahal anak saya sudah sangat kesakitan nangis2 terus.daftarlah ke dr anak dan menunggu antrian.sy minta dokter anak yg plg sedikit pasien.katanya hanya menunggu 1 pasien.tapi stlh tunggu 15 mnt kq ga keluar2.saya tanya suster apa betul d dalem ada pasien.suster bilang dokter istirahat dulu 15 -30 mnt br dtg.td blg ada pasien d dalem nunggu 1 skrg blg istrht pdhl dr ga ada tuh keluar dr ruangan.suster trus blg ke dr 1 lg aja cm nunggu yg ada didlm ruangan aja tp pasien adik kaka jd aga lm.ok sy tunggu.ga lm suster samperin.maf bu nunggu 2 pasien lg.
